  • After making initial contact indicating you’re interested in services we can schedule a quick 15 minute free consult to determine if we are a good fit for one another. This is not mandatory, it is just an option.

Upon booking a session. You will get an email with portal access, forms that need to be completed prior to your first session and some assessments.

The first session is an intake session. This will help me get to know you, understand your goals for therapy and develop an initial treatment plan.

  • Appointment times are exclusive to you. They are a reserved block of time dedicated to your goals. We have a mutual respect of this time therefore I ask that should you need to cancel that you do so with a minimum of 24 hour notice prior to your appointment time by call, text or email. Without that 24 hour notice you will incur a $100 cancellation fee. Additional practice policies and fees for late arrivals and “no show” charges can be found in our initial policies sent upon booking and are always available in your client portal.

  • The Connected Way looks forward to seeing clients aged 12 and above. We work hard to build and maintain the rapport and trust with this population. We will discuss the confidentiality and boundaries surrounding sessions with minors on the initial intake session or consult.

If there is custody paperwork involved we require that to be factually presented prior to the initial session and discussed with the provider. There are no exceptions to this. Not providing this documentation or disclosing this information may result in termination of services.
